What is your return/exchange policy?
At TUZI we strive to provide the very best products and service for our customers. However, if you are unsatisfied we’re here to help.
In the event there’s a manufacturing defect, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days after you receive your order. Please send us an email @ info@tuzifitness.com and we will send you information on how to return or exchange it.
*Please note we will not accept returns due to normal wear and tear and improper use.
